Solidarity and commitment: Étoiles du Cameroun supports an orphanage in Yaoundé
As part of its social initiatives to support vulnerable children, the Stars of Cameroon association has undertaken a new solidarity initiative in Yaoundé. On Monday, December 29, a representative delegation from the association visited the orphanage, continuing a commitment that began two weeks earlier with an initial visit to establish contact and assess needs.
This second visit aimed to provide concrete material support to the children living at the orphanage. The delegation delivered essential food items, including rice and oil, as well as hygiene products such as soap. Clothing was also donated to contribute to the children’s daily well-being.
Beyond the material donation, this action is part of a broader approach of presence, listening, and solidarity. This initiative demonstrates the association’s commitment to building lasting relationships with host organizations and responding responsibly to the realities on the ground.
Through this initiative, Étoiles du Cameroun reaffirms its mission: to place people at the heart of its actions, promote the dignity of every child, and encourage collective action in support of the most vulnerable.
